Art. 9°. Dado el denuncio ó presentada la prueba sumaria de quién ó quiénes han sido los falsificadores, el Agente de Policía Judicial procederá contra ellos en la misma forma y términos dispuestos en la ley, hasta dictar sentencia.

Parágrafo

En todo caso las pruebas de la primera instrucción sumaria tendrán toda su fuerza, sin necesidad de ratificación, contra los nuevos sindicados.
