Articulo 6 º El beneficiario del subsidio familiar de vivienda determinará libremente la modalidad de solución de vivienda a la que pretenda aplicar el subsidio, en el momento de presentar la solicitud. Cuando la solución de vivienda elegida por el postulante haga parte de un plan o conjunto de soluciones, deberá tener la calidad de plan elegible calificado por el Inurbe o por la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero para las soluciones de vivienda rurales.
