Pérdida de prioridad. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 11 de la Decisión 486, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio se pronunciará sobre la pérdida de la prioridad invocada, al momento de decidir sobre la patentabilidad o registrabilidad del derecho solicitado.
