Art. 3 .° Los pensionados residentes en la capital de la República comprobarán la supervivencia, pasando revista en los primeros cinco días de cada mes, ante el Jefe de la Seccion de pensiones de la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, el cual sentará una dilejencia en la revista, i hará formar tambien la lista correspondiente de tales pensiones, i en caso de duda exijirá del pensionado acerco del cual se suscite esa duda, que acredito su identidad.
