Condonase al señor Manuel S, Caicedo la suma de tres mil novecientos cincuenta y un pesos sesenta y cuatro centavos ($ 3,951-64) que por la Corte de Cuentas le ha sido deducida como alcance en sus cuentas como Administrador de la Aduana de Buenaventura; y condonase igualmente al señor German E. Cifuentes la suma de doscientos setenta pesos ochenta y nueve centavos ($ 270-89), que le ha sido elevada a alcance como responsable de las cuentas de la Oficina Telegráfica y de Correos de Bugalagrande, correspondientes al mes de febrero de 1919.
