ARTICULO 8º De la dirección del proceso de selección Profesional. La dirección del proceso de selección de personal que se establece en el presente Decreto, corresponde a las siguientes dependencias

A la subdirección de personal cuando se trate de empleos de la planat de personal del nivel nacional;

A la subgerencia d e personal de las seccionales tipo A cuando se trate de empleos correspondientes a las plantas de personal de dichas seccionales y de sus unidades programáticas locales;

A la división de Personal de las seccionales tipo B cuando se trate de empleos correspondientes a las plantas de personal de dichas seccionales.
