Tiempo de servicio sobrante. Cuando un educador obtenga un ascenso en virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos 2.4.2.1.2.7 y 2.4.2.1.2.8 de este decreto y le sobra tiempo de servicio en el grado anterior, este tiempo se tendrá en cuenta para el ascenso posterior.
