Articulo 9º La Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, creada por la Ley 6» de 1945, es un Establecimiento Público, adscrito al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social. La Caja tendrá su domicilio en la ciudad de Bogotá, D. E., pero podrá extender su acción a todas las regiones del país, creando seccionales, subseccionales y agencias cuyo radio de acción no tendrá necesariamente que coincidir con la división general del territorio.
