Efectos. Las convenciones colectivas de ámbito sectorial son de aplicación obligatoria para todos los empleadores, empresas, unidades. productivas y trabajadores del nivel de negociación respectivo. Los acuerdos pluri-individuales o plurisubjetivos, solo podrán suscribirse en ausencia de organizaciones sindicales en el sector o nivel.

Parágrafo

No podrán celebrarse acuerdos cuya finalidad o efecto sea desconocer, neutralizar o eludir la convención colectiva del nivel inferior aplicable, o afectar la libertad sindical.
