Vacancia temporal o definitiva . En caso de vacancia temporal o definitiva de un cargo y mientras se surte el proceso de selección para proveer empleos del sistema específico de carrera administrativa de las superintendencias, el Superintendente podrá: 11.1 Asignar temporalmente las funciones a otros empleados que reúnan los requisitos para el cargo. 11.2 Encargar del empleo a un servidor de la respectiva Superintendencia, o nombrar provisionalmente.
