Del régimen especial salarial. El régimen salarial establecido en el presente Decreto se constituye en el marco general dentro del cual deben actuar las entidades territoriales para la fijación de la asignación básica de Directores de Hospitales Públicos o Gerentes de Empresa Social de Salud, de conformidad con los criterios establecidos en el artículo 2º de la Ley 4º de 1992 y los artículos 81 y 681 del Decreto 1298 de 1994.

Parágrafo

A los Directores de Hospitales Públicos o Gerentes de Empresas Sociales de Salud, les está prohibido ser beneficiarios de las convenciones colectivas de trabajo.
