Art. 13. El Recaudador del impuesto de degüello, cuando éste no se haya arrendado, rendirá la cuenta de su cargo al fin de cada mes al Administrador principal de Hacienda respectivo, y le remitirá á este empleado los productos obtenidos durante el mes, menos el valor del sueldo eventual que á aquél le corresponda. El mencionado producto se completará con la nómina respectiva, que se acompañará á la cuenta por duplicado, á fin de que el Administrador principal pueda solicitar la legalización del gasto.
