Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto, tendrán aplicación en todo el territorio nacional para los siguientes actores: - Las Entidades Territoriales del orden departamental, distrital y municipal. - Las Empresas Sociales del Estado o las entidades que hagan sus veces. - Las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servidos de Salud privadas y mixtas. - Las Entidades Promotoras de Salud o las entidades que hagan sus veces. - Las Entidades responsables de los Regímenes Exceptuados. - Los Proveedores de tecnologías en salud. - La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud (SNS). - Organizaciones sociales y comunitarias, comunidad en general y demás que intervengan de manera directa o indirecta, en la garantía del derecho fundamental a la salud para la población de las zonas rurales y zonas rurales dispersas.
