ARTICULO 2.3.1.76.- DE LA NO APLICABILIDAD DE LAS NORMAS. Las normas de esta sección, no se aplicarán a las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado, a las sociedades entre entidades públicas y a las sociedades de economía mixta en las que la Nación posea más del noventa por ciento del capital, que de conformidad con las normas que regulan la contratación administrativa, deban sujetarse a dicho régimen.
