º La Federación Nacional de Cafeteros tiene opción de celebrar el contrato a que se refiere este Decreto hasta el día 22 de junio del corriente año. Pasada esa fecha, sin que la Federación se haya prestado a celebrarlo y sin que en efecto se haya celebrado en las condiciones dichas, podrá el Gobierno contratar con la Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas en este Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
