Art. 179. El Juez de Distrito que no dirija al de escrutinios el respectivo oficio para darle cuenta de las nulidades promovidas, o de que no se ha propuesto ninguna incurrirá en una multa de diez á veinte pesos por cada correo en que pudiera haber cumplido con ese deber y no lo haya hecho.
