La Caja descontará del valor de los productos que compre el siente por ciento (7%) como participación del Estado en la explotación, cuando esta se haya efectuado mediante la concesión o licencia, y el diez y medio por ciento (10 ½ %), si se ha verificado sin autorización. Estos porcentajes los consignará la Caja a la Tesorería General de la República.
