Una vez terminada la inspección, el acta y el informe serán remitidos a la Secretaría General del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, por los conductos regulares, donde serán analizados por el Comité de Evaluación de Vigilancia Privada, el que recomendará la acción a seguir.
