Los laboratorios de productos o medicamentos biológicos que hayan obtenido permisos para vender preparados en el país, deben presentarlos al Departamento Jurídico para su licenciamiento en un plazo de un (1) año, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto. Sin este requisito el permiso correspondiente quedará sin ningún valor.
