°. Para los efectos del Artículo 34 de la Ley 32 de 1886, se entiende por consejo de familia: 1°. La esposa y los hijos legítimos del finado. 2°. La esposa, el padre y madre del finado. 3°. La madre, los hermanos legítimos del finado y sus hijos naturales. 4°. Los parientes colaterales hasta el décimo grado. Fuera de estos casos se entiende que no hay familia del muerto. Igual interpretación se hará del vocablo familia para los efectos de los Artículos 16 y 61.
