Aquellos ex-trabajadores que hubieren obtenido sentencias contra la Nación, en las cuales no se hubiere fijado en concreto la cuantía de la condena, por exigirse, para su determinación, el reintegro del trabajador, serán incorporad«)* al trabajo en las mismas condiciones que tejían cuando fueron despedidos, a efecto de precisar la fecha hasta la cual se computa el tiempo para el pago reclamado.
