Artículo decimoprimero. Les empleos de los Establecimientos Públicas que se encuentran clasificados en los grados uno, dos, tres y cuatro de la escala contemplada en el Decreto 2554 de 1973 quedarán ubicados en grado cinco de la escala establecida en el presente Decreto.
