°. Obligaciones de recaudo y compensación. Las Entidades Promotoras de Salud del Régimen Contributivo que habiendo realizado asignación de afiliados recauden cotizaciones por dichos afiliados, correspondientes a periodos posteriores a la asignación, deberán trasladarlos de manera inmediata a las Entidades Promotoras de Salud receptoras para efectos del proceso de giro y compensación.
