El que ofenda el pudor con escritos, dibujos u otros objetos obscenos, distribuidos o presentados en público, en cualquiera forma que sea, o puestos en venta, será castigado con reclusión por ocho días a cuatro meses, y multa de cinco a cien pesos, y si el hecho se ejecuta con un fin de lucro, la reclusión será de dos a ocho meses, y la multa de diez a doscientos pesos.
