Los Colegios Mayores y Establecimientos Educativos Oficiales Nacionales de Educación Técnica Profesional serán en adelante Establecimientos Públicos y se regirán en el aspecto administrativo académico por las normas que regulan la educación superior. Su estructura, funciones, patrimonio y reglamentación serán determinados por el Gobierno Nacional en el término de un (1) año contado a partir de la fecha de expedición de esta ley.
