El Contralor o Revisor Fiscal de la Sociedad no podrá en ningún caso tener acciones en está, ni estar ligado, dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, o segundo de afinidad con el Gerente, con algún miembro de la administración, con el Cajero o con el Contador. El empleo de Contralor es incompatible con cualquiera otro empleo de la Sociedad.
