° El crucero Pinzón, que ha regresado ya de Fort de France completamente reparado, tendrá a bordo una guarnición militar permanente que constará de un Ofioial y un Sargento primero, dos Sargentos segundos, cuatro Cabos de cañón y veinte soldados, la cual reoibirá la oorrespondiente instrucción del Coronel Luis Carlos Morales, encargado del material de artillería de Cartagena, bajo la dependencia, vigilancia y dirección del Teniente A. Asmussen, Inspector de la Flotilla del Gobierno en el Atlántico.
