º Serán Miembros De La Junta De Adquisiciones Y Contratos, Con Voz Y Voto, Quienes Ejerzan Las Siguientes Funciones O Sus Delegados: A) De Subsecretario De Asuntos Administrativos, Quien La Convocará, La Presidirá Y Responderá Por El Cumplimiento De Las Actividades De La Junta; B) De Subsecretario De Organización Y Sistemas, Y C) De Subsecretario Jurídico

º Serán miembros de la Junta de Adquisiciones y Contratos, con voz y voto, quienes ejerzan las siguientes funciones o sus delegados

a)

De Subsecretario de Asuntos Administrativos, quien la convocará, la presidirá y responderá por el cumplimiento de las actividades de la Junta;

b)

De Subsecretario de Organización y Sistemas, y

c)

De Subsecretario Jurídico.

Parágrafo

El Subsecretario de Asuntos Administrativos asignará a un funcionario de tal Subsecretaria la responsabilidad de actuar como Secretario de la misma Junta y en consecuencia, de elaborar y archivar las correspondientes actas.
