La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Tendrá Un Plazo De Seis (6) Meses Para La Supresión De La Oficina Seccional De Registro De Instrumentos Públicos De Ayapel Y La Puesta En Marcha De La Nueva Oficina Seccional De Registro De Instrumentos Públicos De Montelíbano

Decreto 33 de 2017 · por el cual se suprime la Oficina Seccional de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Ayapel, se crea la Oficina Seccional de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Montelíbano, y se modifica el Círculo Registral de Montería en el departamento de Córdoba.

°. La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro tendrá un plazo de seis (6) meses para la supresión de la Oficina Seccional de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Ayapel y la puesta en marcha de la nueva Oficina Seccional de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Montelíbano.

Parágrafo

La Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Ayapel continuará prestando el servicio en la circunscripción territorial que en la actualidad tiene, hasta tanto la nueva Oficina Seccional de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Montelíbano entre en funcionamiento.
