Artículo único. Incorpóranse en el Departamento de Pasto por los límites que actualmente tienen, los Departamentos de Ipiales y Tumaco.

Parágrafo

El Gobernador de Pasto queda especialmente encargado de arreglar con los de Ipiales y Tumaco todo lo referente á esta incorporación, que debe ponerse en vigencia el 1.° de Julio próximo.
