Prohibición para iniciar nuevas actividades. El Fondo de Seguridad de la Rama Judicial y del Ministerio Público en liquidación no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto y conservará su capacidad jurídica, únicamente, para expedir los actos y celebrar los contratos necesarios para su liquidación, y para concluir lo que se encuentre en trámite y atender la seguridad de aquellos funcionarios a quienes deba prestarla, hasta tanto se traspasen los bienes a las entidades de que trata el artículo 55 de este decreto.
