Libertad de precios. El precio del gas natural destinado a la importación o exportación será pactado libremente entre las partes: no obstante, si para realizar los respectivos suministros se utilizan tramos de gasoducto o gasoductos que hagan parte del SNT, este servicio se remunerará de acuerdo con los cargos aprobados por la CREG.
