El consentimiento que profiere el representante legal del niño, niña o adolescente para el traslado o permanencia del menor de dieciséis (16) años para establecerse fuera de su país de residencia habitual deberá ser expreso y claro. El pago de alimentos no se puede entender como una aceptación tácita o consentimiento del traslado ilícito o la retención ilícita.
