ARTICULO 2o. Liquidador. - El Presidente de la República designará el liquidador del SERVICIO NAVIERO ARMADA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA "SENARC", quien deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas para el gerente de la empresa, devengará su remuneración y estará sujeto a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste. El liquidador de la empresa ejercerá las funciones asignadas al gerente de la entidad, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la liquidación y las disposiciones de este Decreto.
