Las decisiones y resoluciones adoptadas en aplicación de la presente ley tienen efecto de cosa juzgada material como presupuesto de la seguridad jurídica. Serán inmutables como elemento necesario para lograr la paz estable y duradera, estas solo podrán ser revisadas por el Tribunal para la Paz.
