Del valor de la donación . Se tendrá como valor de la donación para todos los efectos a que hubiere lugar, el que señale la entidad beneficiaria si se trata de muebles o el que determine con tal fin el Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi", en el caso de inmuebles. Por los avalúos que así se practiquen no habrá lugar al pago de derecho alguno.
