Si después cambiare alguna de las circunstancias expresadas en el registro y en la patente, se anotará así en uno y otro documento, con autorización de uno de los funcionarios a cuyo cargo se halla el libro de registro, si fuere en un puerto colombiano habilitado al efecto, o según las leyes del respectivo país, si no fuere en alguno de los puertos marítimos de la República.
