Los depósitos de doscientos pesos ($ 200) consignados en cumplimiento del artículo 4º del Decreto 148 de 1935, serán devueltos a los interesados, cuando salgan del país o después de transcurridos dos años , contados desde la fecha de la consignación siempre que se acrediten que se han establecido en Colombia de manera permanente y honorable.
