El Consejo Superior De La Defensa Nacional Estará Integrado Por Los Ministros De Defensa Nacional, Gobierno, Relaciones Exteriores, Justicia, Hacienda Y Crédito Público, Trabajo, Comunicaciones Y Obras Públicas, Por El Comandante General De Las Fuerzas Militares Y Por El Jefe Del Estado Mayor Conjunto

El Consejo Superior de la Defensa Nacional estará integrado por los Ministros de Defensa Nacional, Gobierno, Relaciones Exteriores, Justicia, Hacienda y Crédito Público, Trabajo, Comunicaciones y Obras Públicas, por el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares y por el Jefe del Estado Mayor Conjunto.

Parágrafo 1

o. El Presidente de la República presidirá el Consejo Superior de la Defensa Nacional, por derecho propio, cuando lo estime conveniente. En su ausencia será presidido por el Ministro de Defensa Nacional.

Parágrafo 2

o. El Consejo podrá solicitar la concurrencia, con voz pero sin voto, de cualquier funcionario.

Parágrafo 3

o. El Consejo Superior de la Defensa Nacional deberá reunirse en lo posible una vez al mes y cada vez que sea necesario.
