Los pasaportes diplomáticos y oficiales se renovarán siempre y cuando se cumplan las condiciones establecidas en el presente Decreto. En el exterior podrán ser renovados por los Jefes de las Misiones Diplomáticas, previa autorización de la Dirección de Asuntos Consulares y Comunidades Colombianas en el Exterior del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
