Podrán intervenir ante la Asamblea, con voz pero sin voto, los ciudadanos que a cualquier título hubieren ejercido la Presidencia de la República, y los Ministros del Despacho.

La Asamblea podrá citar a otros funcionarios del orden nacional para recibir de ellos informaciones.
