El capital social se pagará íntegramente al constituirse la compañía, así como al solemnizarse cualquier aumento del mismo. El capital estará dividido en cuotas de igual valor, cesibles en las condiciones previstas en la ley o en los estatutos.

Los socios responderán solidariamente por el valor atribuido a los aportes en especie.
