Para el adecuado cumplimiento del literal a) del artículo 92 de la ley 38 de 1989 , Estatuto Orgánico de Presupuesto General de la Nación, facúltase al Gobierno Nacional por el término de treinta (30) días para modificar la nomenclatura y clasificación de los empleados públicos necesarios en la Dirección General del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
