Tanto los establecimientos de enseñanza oficial agrícola existentes en la actualidad, como los que se fundaren en lo sucesivo, podrán incorporarse al Instituto Agrícola Nacional, para la colación de grados, siempre que en su pensum y extensión de estudios se sometan rigurosamente a la reglamentación de éste.
