La matrícula ordinaria se abrirá el 1.° de Febrero de cada año y se cerrará el 15 del mismo mes, y la extraordinaria durará desde esta fecha hasta el 1.° de Marzo, salvo que el Consejo Directivo le señale mayor término.Ningún individuo podrá ganar curso en la Facultad ni ser tenido por cursante de ella si no se hubiere inscrito oportunamente en el libro de matrículas con las formalidades reglamentarias.
