Los Consejos de Juventud adoptarán su propio reglamento interno que deberá contener las reglas para su funcionamiento, organización interna, composición, funciones, modos de convocatoria, periodicidad de las reuniones, mecanismos para toma de decisiones, régimen disciplinario, formas de trabajo y el procedimiento para la modificación de dicho reglamento.
