- SUSPENSION PROVISIONAL DE LA ELECCION. Una vez que la jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa disponga la suspensión provisional de la elección de un concejal el presidente del Concejo declarará la vacancia temporal y dispondrá las medidas conducentes a hacer efectiva la suspensión de funciones del mismo, durante el tiempo de la suspensión (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 60).
