º. Los recursos a que tienen derecho los resguardos indígenas por concepto de su participación en los ingresos corrientes de la Nación son complementarios a los del municipio o departamento y no eximen a las administraciones municipales o departamentales, según sea el caso, del cumplimiento de sus funciones y competencias en las comunidades indígenas de su jurisdicción.
