° Señálase la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) anuales para sostener el expresado establecimiento, los cuales se tomarán de la partida fijada en el artículo 329 del Presupuesto nacional de gastos en el actual bienio económico. Mediante dicha suma y la que continuará otorgándole como auxilio el Departamento de Antioquia, debe mantener el Colegio todos los cursos de la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras.
