Los cigarrillos extranjeros importados del exterior a la Intendencia de San Andrés y Providencia pagarán a favor de ésta un impuesto único del treinta por ciento (30%) sobre el valor CIF determinado en la forma prevista en el artículo 74 en puerto del archipiélago. Los cigarrillos nacionales que se introduzcan a la Intendencia pagarán un impuesto único del veinte por ciento (20%) sobre el precio de fábrica.
